RFT Solutions performs all of the checks for registration and references and offers our clients the opportunity to select an experienced professional based on the best combination of quality, price and availability.
We will recommend the most suitable draftsman, architect, town planner, structural engineer, soil report engineer, builder, building surveyor according to your specific requirements. We make contact with a minimum of three experienced building professionals and, with you, select the ones who are most suited to your needs.
For example, if you require a builder, then RFT Solutions will contact a range of builders, complete history checks of any complaints, bankruptcy, or insurance problems, and obtain references, from a sufficient number of builders in order to provide you with a minimum of the three leading quotes from qualified builders.

If required, RFT Solutions will negotiate with building professionals to protect your best interests at all stages of the building process. We will strive to protect your investment by negotiating the building contract with the builder on any issues concerning contractual inclusions and exclusions, special conditions, the length of time required to finish your new home or extension, and the staging of payments to the builder.
